"Every person we encountered at this hotel could not have been kinder or more accommodating to me and my family. Everyone goes over and above to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The manager and front desk help, the waitstaff in the dining areas, the housekeepers, all are so wonderful!! If you need a ride anywhere or help getting a dinner reservation they are more than happy to help. This hotel is a hidden gem. "The owner was very friendly and met us on the day of arrival although it was all very rushed - it felt like we we had walked in just as someone else had left as the towels in the little toilet were not clean and some of the towels were a bit smelly and I had to wash them The apartment is very well equipped although there were some dirty utensils in the drawer We found that the apartment does needs aircon in order to be comfortable in - we knew it did not have air con but had been reassured...

It is close to both train station and ferry port, both of which are only within five minutes walking distance on a flat road, which is a big plus in this region, because some hotels or train stations may be on hills.
