This spacious apartment has two double bedrooms, one of which offers a charming sea view. The two bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy, while the large living room with a dining area, always with a sea view, is perfect for relaxing after a swim in the pool or exploring the area.



The true gem of this property is the spacious balcony, which offers an incredible view of the picturesque Gulf of Tigullio where you can enjoy the panorama while relaxing or having a meal outdoors.



Residence Services:

During the high season, the residence pool will be available free of charge, and tennis courts can be booked at the reception.

Located along the scenic Aurelia road, the apartment is well-connected and provides easy access to the beauty of the Ligurian Riviera. The centers of Rapallo and Santa Margherita are a short distance away, where you can explore shops, restaurants, and attractions. The nearby San Michele beach and Portofino Park are also within reach.



The area is also strategic for visiting Genoa and all the other villages of the Ligurian Levant such as Portofino, Zoagli, Chiavari, Sestri Levante, and the Cinque Terre.

Aussicht ist genial; Pool war leer und muss zuerst repariert werden, Umgebung Pool muss bearbeitet werden; Kaffeemaschine konnte nicht benutzt werden wegen fehlendem Adapter. Wenn Vermieter vorstehende Pendenzen behebt, ist das Appartement (trotz schmaler Küche) toll. Michels aus der Schweiz
