Very large entrance, impressive living room with stylish furnishings with sofa, armchair, TV and table for lunches and dinners or moments of conviviality, livable kitchen with all the accessory equipment and access to a small balcony, 2 bathrooms, one with a large shower and a room laundry room with small tub and washing machine, double bedroom for 2 people and guest bedroom with 4 beds, so for a maximum total of 6 people.

Located in the central area with maximum availability of all commercial services in the area, 5 minutes walk from the seafront and port area where boats leave for excursions, 10 minutes by car we find the 18-hole golf course and 5 tennis courts in Red earth.

The nearest beaches are a 10-minute walk away so it is very convenient to spend a pleasant stay in the wonderful Rapallo in the best possible way.
