Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. 50 m long steep, narrow motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, railway station "Rapallo" 2 km, pebble beach 1 km. Marina 1 km.
