Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. Recently renovated with 2 new bathrooms, air conditioning, independent heating, SMART TV - Free WI-FI, equipped kitchen, washing machine, municipal parking near Macera stadium 400 meters away with free rotating spots. All shops and services are very close and convenient (5 markets within 300 meters). The train station and the marina are nearby. Upon request, information on typical inns and trattorias and free beaches can be provided. Golf and tennis courts 600 meters from the house. Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Camogli and San Fruttuoso with the medieval abbey can be reached by bus or ferry in a few minutes. The train is convenient for reaching the Cinque Terre and Genoa. Possibility to rent bikes, scooters and inflatable boats (ask in advance). Spectacular view from the Sanctuary of Montallegro reachable 500 meters from the house with the only cable car in Liguria. Lovely June Vacation Stay

We were so pleased with this apartment! The location is superb - about two blocks from a pedestrian-only street full of lovely shops, markets and cafes. There's also a grocery store right across the street that we visited often. The place was perfect for 4 adults and 1 teen and very clean. We loved having our own bathrooms and the AC was a welcome relief to the 90 degree heat we experienced throughout our trip. Mimmo greeted us, gave us a tour and showed us how things work. Even though we do not speak Italian we understood the instructions. He also checked in with us often and provided recommendations of things to do and places to visit. We enjoyed having a washing machine and line to dry clothes off the balcony. Highly recommend!

The place is in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, bakeries, and a great Pizzeria right across the street. Mimmo was a great host and the apartment itself was very nice, 10/10!

Zentrale Stadt-Wohnung in Rapallo

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, unweit vom Meer und der Altstadt. Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf, Bäckerei, Metzgerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Obst und Gemüsehändler und vieles mehr alles direkt vor der Haustüre. Saubere Wohnung mit 2 neuen Bädern, gute Betten. Sehr netter Vermieter, der einem gute Tipps gibt. Schön wären ein paar Weingläser. In der Beschreibung fehlt, dass die Zugstrecke direkt hinter dem Haus vorbei geht. Wer sehr empfindlich ist, den kann das schon stören. Nachts fahren allerdings sehr wenig Züge. Ansonsten typische Geräuschkulisse einer italienischen Stadt. Das Parken ist nicht einfach, da es eindeutig an Parkplätzen fehlt. Mit etwas Geduld sind auch wir fündig geworden.

Ottima posizione centrale. Molto pulito

Posizione ottima, pulizia impeccabile e appartamento molto molto carino, 2 bagni , una camera con bagno in camera molto comodo ed apprezzato. Completa di tutto il necessario. L'unica "pecca"essere al terzo piano senza ascensore e assenza di parcheggi.
