The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and professional. The only issues we had were we scheduled an airport pickup, and drop off that staff was unaware of. We had to wait at the airport for an hour to be picked up. The staff was courteous when they arrived. And, the room had cob webs in it, like it hasn't been used in a while.

Check in was fast, free shuttle was on time. But at 300$ per night, this place disappointed us. Booked solely for their pool&hot tub amenities. Only to be shocked to find those in a terrible state. I wouldn't go in water that murky, if you payed me. Just staying inside pool space, my eyes were burning. Chlorine smell was overpowering. The burn lasted for a few days! The overall state of hallways was bad, old dirty carpets, several tripping hazards. And lastly, our second floor room had no elevator access. Less than ideal. Overall, would NOT recommend, there are way better options nearby and for a fraction of that price.
