The property had weeds growing all over outside. It was like pulling into an abandoned hotel. The rooms were noisy and you could near your " neighbor's " TV very easily. Dark and rather dinghy. But it was a good locaion.

The walls are paper thin, I can hear every neighbor next to me. The AC and fridge is loud and buzzes on and off. The towels had stains on them. The lights didn't all work. I talked to the staff but none of my requests were fulfilled. The good thing about this location is walking distance to food and Safeway, and the shower pressure was excellent. 1.5/5

Pool was disgusting and we asked if the pool was operational when we made the reservation, it wasn’t after being told it was. Toilet won’t stop running. Room smells like smoke. Extra fee to check in 40 minutes early. Bathtub is about as gross as it gets. Pillows are the size of throw pillows. The lady checking in was nice and polite. I don’t think anyone was selling meth in the parking lot, so that’s a plus I guess.

We did not like anything at this property. There was trash and weeds outside. Had we not made reservations and prepaid we would not have left our car. I did not feel safe. Checked in. Went to room. It was dirty. Bed was very small for 2 people. Mattress was gross. TV did not work. Went to desk. Receptionist came to room. Stated TV's not working in the entire hotel. We were to stay for 2 days. This was not communicated to us at check in. Asked to speak to the manager. Told she is out of town. Given phone # and email. Never responded. Asked the receptionist why she doesn't contact the manager. She stated she was not permitted to do so. Terrible customer service. The pictures that show this property are not accurate! We decided we were not staying in the hotel because of the dirty room and not feeling safe. Booked this from out of state. We relied on the website pictures.

The building looked nice from the outside. I walk inside and it looks very inviting but the smell of urine was not pleasant. I was there two nights and the urine smell was there only the first night. I made the reservation for 4 people in February, so you would think that we would have enough towels....NOPE! Two was what we got. We asked for a couple more and the desk said they didnt have anymore until they washed some. So my wife and sons had to share towels. My dads family lives in the area so we were in and out all day Saturday and there was this man in the afternoon Saturday that was at the counter and was complaining about his bill. "I didnt have the TV on, how can I get charged extra for TV service. Why was this pay per view added to my bill anyway! I want it removed and am going to dispute!" and then I was out the door. The breakfast is not allowed to be taken to your rooms either. It was quiet though. No screaming kids, no barking dogs (pet friendly) and nobody constantly running up and down the halls. One last nope from me. There was these two families down for breakfast and I heard them talking about how the one didnt have ac and the other had cold water for showers. All in all an iffy at best stay.

When rating hotels you have to take price into consideration. This is an old facility, and nothing is fancy, but the beds are very good, the sheets are clean, the a/c/heater works great and the water is hot. I often stay at better hotels, but they cost 2x - 3x as much. This one is a GREAT deal. Which there was one like it everywhere I go.

Breakfast options very limited. Coffee was overflowing on the floor. Pancake mix was empty. Eggs were cold. There were no towels in our room, which had 4 people staying in it. Had to ask the front desk attendant twice (2 hours apart) for towels...and was finally brought some...but only 3...so had to go back to front desk to ask for more. The beds had very little support. Was very relieved to check out and move on.

The bed sheets were dirty, stained it smelt and the towels were dirty, stained prolly weren’t changed since 1954!!! They moved to another room and the tv didn’t work there and the towels were the same?!! Pay cheap you get cheap! Never again!
