When we got to our room, it wasn’t cleaned so we notified the desk and they gave us another room right away and she apologized a couple of times. One person was rude but everyone else was very nice and polite. There is a lovely park near by and an easy walk to downtown. I will be going there again.

When we arrived to check in, the hotel's computer system was down, which was causing significant issues with getting people checked in. We were taken care of at reception by Jennette. She truly is an asset to your Hotel and remember those people! It's what makes your business and your guests stay truly special. She was so kind and welcoming, she went above and beyond for my kids and I, which will have us coming back! Jennette aside, the room overall was clean. There was multiple hairs in our sink, which is always just a turnoff. Other than that, everything was fantastic!
