Loved staying here, will definitely be back. My 4 year old enjoyed Watiki and we enjoyed other sites near Rapid City. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping kept us stocked on towels, and the rest of the hotel staff were nice.

A great place to stay. Waterpark was fun. Lost some glasses in the waterside area and staff returned them to the front desk that night. Breakfast was good. Value was great. We'll stay here again.

This a decent property, but certainly not Fairfield’s finest. Their breakfast is a pitiful selection, both in choice and quantity. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The room was okay. But for the price I could have stayed elsewhere nicer. The breakfast was decent. The morning kitchen staff were rude and another guest had to tell them to top up the food and get off their phones. No room service knock for clean towels at all. We had to call three times.

Everything was great but they do close the pools down early which was a bummer. I also thought the food was rather expensive for the quality. It wasn't like a 5 star dining experience. It's a pizza & burger joint
