I was traveling out of town from Colorado, and this is by far the most comfortable I’ve ever felt traveling alone as a woman. Every staff member was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I loved my room, the amenities, and the overall atmosphere. My three‑day stay was absolutely wonderful. With my son now stationed at Ellsworth, I’ll be returning to this hotel again and again. The staff was friendly and quick. Ordered breakfast one day, that was not as smooth as I think it is supposed to be. I had to call to make sure they got the order and it was delivered. Overall cleanliness was okay but there was hair on one of the sheets. Price and location are good. Staff was not around when it was time to check out. I would stay here again.
