"Staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay, they could not do enough to help us and make sure our stay was as smooth as possible. Spa facilities were great, lots of options and not too overcrowded. At the beginning of our stay we were given a list of all the activities put on by the hotel that week which was a nice touch. "Overall an enjoyable stay for 2 nights. It’s close to Lago do Braies and bus 442 runs through this charming town. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen had basic utensils, pots and pans. Outdoor parking was easy and pretty spacious. There’s two grocery stores steps away. I wish they had more communication about the saunas requiring you to be nude. This caught me by surprise since I was looking forward to using the facilities after some long hikes but ultimately I was uncomfortable....
