"Unfortunately, the room was too small for two adults and an 8-year-old, with a king-size bed and sofa bed, and the fridge was not working. There was also no shaded parking. However, the staff are friendly and welcoming across all areas of the hotel. Overall was a very good experience"

"The location of the property was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, there were a few downsides. The air conditioning in the room was very noisy, and the lack of smart features on the TV was a major drawback. Additionally, it was disappointing that many areas of the property were closed for maintenance, and no snack-style food was served anywhere outside the main building. With a bit of maintenance and upgraded amenities, this place could be much better."

"Waterpark or witbit is far from beach and can only b access by swiming in water which is almost 4 to 5 meter deep, Which is not suitable for non swimmers and my kids were so sad inspite of staying 3night we were unable to enjoy that aminity..the solution can be a easy 2 min ride by boat for the people who want to use..as they highlight this amenity as their biggest water park in RAK"
