"Original room allocated was looking out to a very busy road and the balcony was nothing like the picture on the website- so tiny. Fortunately the hotel agreed to move us to a nicer room. A lot of construction work around the hotel to be aware of and the buffet restaurant is currently being upgraded so prepare to eat in a school canteen type place. Almost impossible to get booked into à la carte restaurant unless you access on the website exactly at 11am. Overall a nice holiday but would struggle to rate the hotel as 5*"

"The stay was so good, we extended an additional night. The layout was great, all facilities close to each other. Whilst the hotel was busy, it never felt crowded, the breakfast was fantastic, the restaurants all great. We went for an all inclusive package, loved that we could have meals in different premium restaurants. It also felt as is the hotel really takes care to limit food wastage, so smaller buffets replenished quickly, rather than huge trays of food that goes to waste. The kids club was great, the staff were so friendly and interactive with the kids. The swimming pools were big and plenty of space for young kids to splash around. Highly recommend!"

"Overall our stay was great with the following exceptions: - the teen club does not open till 1pm, which is inconvenient because the kids club is open at 10 am, you find yourself having to wait if you have multiple children - the rooms are prone to ants crawling about, we set our water bottle down and within 10 minutes there were ants flocking to the condensation -the selection of drinks were limited depending on which area you went to"
