Das Wochen war gut . Es lief von der Anreise bis zum Theaterbesuch alles super . Als wir am Abend ins Hotel kamen wollten wir gern noch etwas Trinken ,leider war das Restaurant schon geschlossen und der Fahrstuhl außer Betrieb .

Das Essen war sehr enttauschand. Für einen 4 Sternhotel und ein Zimmerpreis von 250 Euro pro Nacht nicht in Ordnung. Es gab jeden Abend keien Vorspeisen, nur den gleichen Salat und kein Nachttisch - ausser ein Kügel Eis. Das Frühstück war wie in einen 3 Sternhotel. Wir hatten nicht mal Croissants oder Obst - außer ein bisschen Melonen.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Viele verschiedene köstliche hausgemachte Speisen. Toll eingerichtete Zimmer. Das gesamte Hotel war toll eingerichtet. Die Lage und der Ausblick : sagenhaft. Absolut nicht korrekt war, dass die Putzfrau um 09.00 Uhr einfach in unser Zimmer kam, ohne anzuklopfen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Bademäntel und Saunatücher rochen ekelhaft stockig, muffi, muchtig. Irritiert waren wir, weil es keine Rezeption gibt, um solche Sachen zu klären oder um ein zweites Kopfkissen zu erbitten.

Alles in allem ein klasse Hotel. Sauber und das personal super zuvorkommend. Was uns gestört hat , da keine saison ist konnte man abends nichts mehr machen keine Bar in direkter nähe dazu mussten wir ganz nach pirna fahren. Desweiteren hatten wir halbpansion das Frühstück super und Abends gab es aus einer karte ein Gericht diese Karte sprach uns aber nicht immer an da alles so exclusiv war und wir eher die schlichten essen sind. Uns wurde dann die mittagskarte geboten aber bei einigen gerichten zb. Schnitzel Pommes mit 5 euro zu bezahlen. Schöner wäre eine normale karte ind dazu villt einfach ein spezial des tages das jeder zufrieden ist und man einfach auch Auswahl hat. Aber super zu Empfehlen am besten natürlich zur saison .

Das Personal war außerordentlich freundlich, sehr wohltuend war das vorhandene Solebad. Das Schwimmbad könnte unserer Meinung leicht wärmer sein. Die Frühstücksbrötchen sind vielleicht sehr gesund, aber auch recht trocken u. hart. Das Abendbrot war hervorragend, jeden Abend die Auswahl zwischen Fleisch-, Fisch- oder vegetarischem Gericht, einfach prima. Wünschenswert wären mehr Möglichkeiten in den Zimmern, die nassen Handtücher, Bademäntel u. Badesachen zu trocknen (evtl. durch Anbringen von Haken im Bad). Im Sommer spielt das sicherlich keine Rolle, da man dafür auch den Balkon nutzen kann, im Winter schon. Soll auch keine Kritik an dem sonst recht angenehmen Aufenthalt sein, sondern nur ein wohlwollender Hinweis.
