We loved this hotel! Super clean, contemporary and quirky. self check in was fine - there were staff there to help. Loved the ipad to control everything in the room. Big shout out to Conor who was so helpful and friendly! Location is good, but we did have to get Ubers to most places. A great stay overall, would recommend.

Unfortunately this hotel left a lot to be desired. The showers didn’t have hot water (just warm), but the larger problem was the spa. The dream pool was disgustingly dirty, smelly and unhygienic. When I reported this to the staff, there was 0 follow up or apology. I’d consider it a health and safety violation, and I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

"Upon check in I told the staff my friend and I were splitting the bill and she no longer wanted the breakfast as her flight changed. They charged me for 1/2 the bill and breakfast and then charged her. This took a long time as they were trying to take off the one breakfast. The room was very hot, ..."

"Nice hotel for what it is. Small-ish rooms with the shower in the middle of the room but i guess that's the trend now for new hotels...? Super odd but is what it is.
