"To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. "Just overall a wonderful place to stay! We stayed their 2 bedroom apartment suite. They were clean, well maintained, staff were very polite and helpful. Spa was exceptional. Food was excellent. The microwave in our room never warmed the food that was our only issue. We also didn’t contact them about it because it didn’t matter much. Had we told them, I am sure they would have fixed it quickly. Will be staying with them for our future visits. Please keep up the good work. "
