This place is not as it is listed. The room smell terrible, no hot water, and I originally booked 4days but due to the terrible condition, we stayed only 1 night and they said that we would be refunded but once we checked out and returned the key, they refused to refund the money. Please don’t waste your time. There is a better hotel near by called the Winston. That place was beyond amazing.

Feels like this place is a scam. Upon arriving there was no one to greet us and only two people at the front desk. The place is rundown and just not up to standards or what the hotel showing pictures show. There was mold in our room, and all over the property. The so called “private pool” was cold and dirty. The mattress and the chair in the room had stains. The sheets and furniture are new but I’m pretty sure it’s used as cover up for how rundown the property is. We ended up not even staying here I just walked into the room for 10min to check it out and immediately went to the front desk to ask for a refund. Unfortunately I was denied for the day since I “used” the room but was able to get refunded for the other days. They did work with me to get a refund and I do appreciate it. Just a headache since we were on vacation and just upset about how the situation took up our time.

Could be a gym, probably was at one point. Dirty, not well appointed, breakfast is cooked at 7:00 a.m. once so if you go at 9:00 you get 2 hour old food... If you enjoy old shrimp this is your place... Service is totally lacking or non existent. No mattress pad, AC can't keep room cool even in winter ... Look elsewhere for now
