I arrived at the property and still had not received any instruction to gain access. Then I had to make a very expensive phone call to the people that run the property and was told “oh you should never book with Expedia as we can’t contact you there.” Not very helpful. "We missed the check in time by 2 mins, but someone answered the phone and let us in. We slept on soft beds. Had hot showers, ate a wonderful breakfast and headed on our way. It was great!"
