Rattlestick Playwrights Theater

Really enjoyed the view, the room, the staff. The bartenders were always willing to fill up our water bottles with ice water. The room was clean and well-tended. The view was incredible. The hotel is extremely close to Times Square, and very close to the subway and other points of interest. I would pass on the breakfast, as it was a bit of a wait and not worth the cost. There are much better choices in the neighborhood.

The room itself was nice and well put together, but there was hair in the beds and stains on the pillow that I could not ignore. The shower knob clearly needed to be changed and the room felt below freezing. I like a cold room but there was no way to change the temperature. And when I told the staff, they seemed to not care and were fake polite just to get me to leave them alone.
