Guests enjoy thermostatically controlled, heated oak floors throughout and there is an abundance of hot water. Guests have access to a wellness area with indoor swimming pool and fitness equipment. The flat also has an underground car parking space. For visitors, or second cars, there are sufficient visitor parking spaces available in the common areas.
