"We were going to only stay here for 1 night, because we flew in after midnight and we couldn’t get into our hotel for our cheer event until 10 am. This property looks nothing like how it’s advertised on the internet. We checked in and checked out with on an hour. I had to find a different hotel. The room was not clean stains on the pillows, bedding, the curtains had stains on them, the air conditioning and heating looked dirty with mold and ceiling had patched work from water damage. Outside of the property was fenced in it looks like an old vacant gas station that has been sitting there for 20 years. I paid $219. I did get my money back after talking with management at the hotel and Expedia the next day. This place is very run down."

"Bed was comfy. No blow dryer on the room we stood in. Towels were not the cleanest. Staff was nice."

"Horrible place to stay. Don’t waste your money or time. No smoking but put us in a dirty room that stunk of old smoke, we complained the next room was extremely dirty. The floors were not swept or washed,dirty toilet ,cockroaches. There was garbage all in the stairwells and a full disgusting garbage can under the stairwell. "

"We read some of the reviews and almost didn't stay here. What a mistake that would have been. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel provided free lunch and dinner (we were so busy making final arrangements for our loved one, free hot meals were a blessing). Three (3) free drinks from the mini bar daily. Daily room service, free shuttle to and from the airport. What was not to like. It was a great experience for us."

"The water park was so much fun! Rooms were beautiful. I loved how many pools they had. Golf course was gorgeous. The water park should’ve stayed open a couple hours later."

"This was one of the worst stays we have had. It was expensive. The room was dated, the black out blinds did not cover all the way. The shower head was broke and we called the front desk 3x and where told maintenance would be up. After 2 hours of waiting we went to bed. The next morning we went to the front desk and where told maintenance wouldn't be in until 8a. He came to out room and fix it at least enough to use it. The hot tub was not hot, jets didnt work and the pool was very cold. "
