"We loved our room at Sleepy Station. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and great value for money. We enjoyed the tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the water cooler too. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. The beds and linen are exceptionally comfortable. One of the showers needs a lot of maintenance."

"Worst stay in Thailand. I've been all over for 3 weeks in this beautiful country. But this hotel is not how it's advertised. The room smelled foul like sewage. Tried to call front desk for my wifi password and realized the phone didn't work. Front desk sent someone to check and it wasn't plugged in. He found a jack on a different table and it didn't work. He came back 10 min later with another man and they had to pull my bed out to find a jack and that didn't work. At this point I didn't care. It was 12:30 am and I wanted to sleep. I tried to tell them multiple times I didnt want the phone fixed anymore. They kept trying to play with the phone jack while sprawled on my bed. The bed was one of the worst I've had ever. Felt like a plywood sheet. Also my bedside table lamp didn't work because the plug was pulled off the wires. This hotel needs so much work. I asked for a partial refund for my inconvenience and they told me to go through Expedia. Even though I paid the hotel on my cc when I arrived."
"Our only small thing we noticed was pool should have been cleaned and shock had a lot of free floating algae in it.
The staff were beyond helpful and polite.
Tara Resturant was nice to have on site.
Free shuttle to beaches was very much appreciated.
Location was perfect if there was no construction it was easy walking to all restaurants.
Lastly be aware there is construction next door so quite noisy all day but that is not within their control.
We would visit Navatara again once construction completed.
Cheers Mike"
"Es hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Leider hat es am Strand nur wenig Liegestühle (Auflage des Staates), respektive nur Klappstühle. Wer gerne einen Liegestuhl möchte kann allerdings einen öffentlichen Liegestuhl einige Meter vom Hotel entfernt mieten. Am Hotelpool hatte es immer Platz, allerdings ist der Pool eher klein, aber die Atmosphäre sehr schön."
"Fantastic property. I felt very at home at this property like member of family guest. Nothing was a problem service fantastic. Can’t wait to return. Great location near beach .Thanks for pleasant stay ."
"The spa was great gave us free amenities like snacks and a starter in the restaurant on the house, they offered that to everyone on their first night. The room was so comfy. "
"Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee!
They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet!
When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. This lack of attention to the client experience, especially given that this is a health concern for anyone staying in these conditions, was unacceptable. "
