Almost everything is made in-house or sourced locally including bread,pastry, sugar cane, honey etc. They even made their own cold-drip coffee. I had to leave early on the day of check-out and the lovely staff packed a nice box of takeaway breakfast complete with coffee so that I don't go hungry on the way to the airport.
