"Had an amazing week at the Navatara hotel. The hotel staff were incredible kind and helpful from arrival to when we left, with the room also being spotless every time we came back. The hotel is in a great location next the some lovely restaurants, bars, and relatively close beaches. The hotel offers free buses to nearby beaches and the nearby sunset spot, all of which are a 5 minute drive. It’s also right next to a 7/11. Though we didn’t eat much at the hotel, the food and drinks we did have were great. The room we had was spacious and we were given fresh towels and water every day with fast WiFi. The hotel also has a nice pool and sunbeds available for quieter days. The hotel also has an airport transfer service at a reasonable price. Thank you again for having us! Joe and Savannah"

"Such a great experience here. We had the family room which was on the second level. Next time we would get the pool acces villa. Buffet breakfast was awesome. Such friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great family friendly stay."

"The spa was great gave us free amenities like snacks and a starter in the restaurant on the house, they offered that to everyone on their first night. The room was so comfy. "

"Too bad.... The location, food and staff were great, but our room smelled of cat pee! They tried to cover it up with air freshners, which had us fooled the first night, but by the time we returned from our day tour the next day, the bathroom in our room smelt so bad, we had to keep the door closed and remove all of our things. We had to brush our teeth in the main room, and hold our breath to use the toilet! When we complained about this, they did not offer an acceptable resolution or compensate us in any way for the inconvenience. This lack of attention to the client experience, especially given that this is a health concern for anyone staying in these conditions, was unacceptable. "
