+ location for Rawai beach + helpful staff on arrival - poor/unclear check in instructions. We booked months in advance and only told on confirmation email that we had to contact the venue 24hrs before arrival. A reminder email would've been most useful. - we stayed in this condo complex 6yrs ago and returned due to prior experience being positive. This time round it appears to have been neglected some what. The wardrobe not functioning properly, toilet basin cracked. Bed fell apart 2nd night of 2 nights. Shower not hot and no black out curtains/blinds. - all of which delivered a pretty poor experience overall and not somewhere we will rush back to stay again.
