The room was very clean and spacious. I was even upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment free of charge. I was only staying for one night but wish I got to stay longer! Staff was also kind.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Front desk and lobby staff also very helpful and very professional. I didn’t want to pay this much to stay in KL but after I was in the hotel I was glad that we stayed here. It was very nice.

Incredible stay at the Mandarin Oriental. The staff were lovely and helpful. Amazing central location and we had a fantastic scenic view of the Petronas towers! The room was spacious.
