It took about 30 to 45 minutes to check in a pre-booked guest room. They are also not professional when handling check-in procedures. "Bathroom was dirty (the grout & corners need to be cleaned). Including the windows. Can hear the cars passing & people talking outside. Market area was dirty/smelly. Bed was ok. "
