Traditional Maine cottage with ample privacy on beautiful Sebago Lake!

Waterfront on Sebago Lake in Raymond, in the Sebago Lake Region of Maine! Charming traditional Maine cottage, on large private lot in tranquil setting. Great views across the lake. Well-appointed property in a back-to-nature environment, yet not far from shopping and recreational activities. Let the kids run around the large yard, or cozy up by the firepit outside. Facing west with all day sun you can see across the lake to Mount Washington. Sebago Lake is a large lake with plenty of room for boating, including access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake via the Songo River, for 40+ miles of boatable waterway. Open level lot. Large lawn around house and surrounded by woods. Banked frontage w/ 12-14 stairs to dock, tennis ball size rocks on lake bottom. The dock can hold up to a 20' boat for loading and unloading only, and must be kept on the mooring (up to a 21' boat) when not in use. There is a canoe available for your use. The occupancy for this property is 6 people all week with up to 2 overnight guests for 2 nights maximum.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 nd time rental and very peacefull and quiet,wounderfull views of the lake and mountains. house was very clean and porch was a nice spot for a rainy day.
