"Very nice girls weekend at the KC Intercontinental. Check in was smooth and so helpful. Provided much insight in amenities at the hotel upgraded our room to a very spectacular view over Plaza and was just all around so helpful. "

"We were there for a baseball game, so the location was awesome. We just walked across the street to the stadium. Very convenient."

"The water in the shower was either cold or scalding it was hard to find a balance. I could smell the guests in the next room smoking an illegal substance. The staff were all very friendly and when we asked for an extra blanket they brought us one fresh from the laundry and still warm. We did not get a chance to use the pool or gym. The breakfast cost way too much and we didnt have it. I was having surgery at the hospital close by early that morning and my daughter just waited and ate at the hospital cafeteria. The TV did not get all of the channels listed, but we weren't there long so it didnt matter to us. "
