It was clean, the staff was helpful. There was no maid service. We realized after a couple of days and the trash built up and the towels never dried. We asked for clean towels and they were delivered. The room was smaller than a small camper. The bed filled the room so one of us had to crawl over the other to go to the bathroom. The bathroom door blocked the sink. The door took both hands to get to slide. It was very very small room. The bed was good but that was the only thing good about that room.

Great location and very helpful staff

Would absolutely stay here again. The hotel was perfectly located near train stations, and walking distance from almost all tourist attractions. Staff was amazing!

Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was small but perfectly comfortable for our 2 night stay. My only suggestions for improvements would be: 1. Small refrigerator in the room (we have meds that need to be refrigerated). 2. A nightstand with accessible outlets on the window side of the bed. We did not have enough outlets or space to charge our phones, sleep machines, Nooks, etc.
