Close but not as close as advertised.
The hotel was nice, but the restaurant is only open for breakfast buffet and they aren’t actually located on the beach like some of the pictures look like. Our front door and bathroom doors didn’t close all the way and the view we had was of the water tanks on the back side of the hotel. The staff was friendly and check in/out was easy. The pool was small but clean and the chlorine level was not too high. I have stayed at other hotels on the island and this is the best one with a pool which we needed for our kids and it was a 4min walk to the beach, but you did have to pay for chair rentals.

The hotel is just ok
We stayed in this hotel for three nights and I have to say this hotel might be one of the high end hotels around this beach area. The only I like about this hotel is its location with nearby restaurants and grocery stores. However, I found it quite expensive when comparing the quality of the hotel to the price. Firstly the pool is very small and there are only 8 beds, secondly the breakfast is quite crappy, not a lot of choices and it was not that good, thirdly the room floor was sooo sticky that we had to call for the maid to clean it and it was still very sticky. Last but not least our room smelled like sewage and at the middle of the night the concrete from the second floor in front of our room fell down to the porch area, thanks gods we were not sitting there. But since there are not really a lot of choices there, we might stay here again if we do return to Samed Island....

Came back after 4 years to this resort. Everything is the same except its abit dated. Really hope refurbishment can be done. For my room, aircon was not working properly and basic amenities like room slippers are on request. The rest is perfect.

Nice hotel with swimming pool & at the centre of all restaurants,bars and convenience store,buffet breakfast is plenty enough but salad dressing is not really our taste liking.Cleanliness of the bathroom could do better than this dirty scrub on the wall and sticky if staff pay attention a bit more then we could give a 5*rate.if you have kids I would definitely recommend this hotel for the family to stay but internet wifi is quite bad signal.

Pool and close to beach. Excellent breakfast.
We had a very good sized room for a family of four (two very large beds) although we were hardly in it as we spent most of the time on the beach or by the pool. The 'all you can eat' buffet style breakfast was excellent and the kids loved it. The resort felt very safe and was a very relaxing place to stay.

This beach is situated on the main beach for nightlife in ko samet. Its clean and comfy. nice rooms and an ok breakfast. perfect for a weekend getaway.

Resort is located behind another Samed hotel so it is not exactly on the beach. It has a nice setting but the room we were given was quite small and close to where staff hung out when they were on their breaks. The pool is small. The beach is busy and so it may be best to stay at beach further down the coast if looking for a more secluded, relaxing spot.

Overall a great place to stay in Koh Samet. WiFi was not great and breakfast was just okay but the location was fantastic and the place was nice. Decent value and I would stay there again. Nice to walk out property and be on the beach. Right next to Samed villas. Certainly there are better options if you want to pay more and cheaper options as well. Biggest complaint was WiFi but they may have just been our stay. Fire show next door each night at silver sand bar

Over all it was very good. Upon arriving we were received warmly but appointed a shoddy room that needed some major refurbishment. We expressed our displeasure and were promptly moved to a better room for the duration of our stay.
