"Had an issue with getting 1 of our rooms at the 3 o'clock check in. Took 2 hours for them to get us the second room we booked. Didn't have hot water to shower for almost 3 days. We stayed for 6 nights and each day was identical to the previous day. Outside of these things the place was nice and clean. No free shuttle to and from airport. Had to pay $30 each way."

"I travelled solo to Roundhill. The hotel was perfect in every way. I have travelled extensively and I would rate the hotel as one of the best that I have ever stayed in. The Managing Director/General Manager is outstanding. The hotel employs over 300 staff who have been impeccably trained. It is very high end and I cannot find fault with anything that it does."
