Great location and lovely staff, the room was clean which is great. However the hotel having keys to enter/lock the room doors instead of card swipes is very inconvenient. You have to leave the room key at reception everytime you leave the hotel and collect when you come back in. The second thing is I barely slept as the room next to mine made noise up until 3am (not the hotel fault I know) but I did ring reception to explain to them this issue but they didn’t do anything about it as the noise continued

"Magnifique vue sur les montagnes de la chambre et du salon également. Départ de rando au pied du chalet. Et à 20min du lac de Serre-Ponçon.Chalet bien équipé , il manque tout de même une petite table pour le balcon pour pouvoir déjeuner et un parasol. Un grille pain serait la bienvenue !Très bon ..."

"Gloomy and run down dark carpets and dark chipped furniture. Did not enjoy one but. Hotel next door didn’t open until 7 and it did not look promising. WiFi did not work and poor 4g signal"
