Great location - close to everything! Felt safe! Room was cozy and the bathroom was nice.
The photos on the listing showed that the room would have a view but unfortunately the room I was given had no views and was just cement and no natural light came in... so for that, the room felt overpriced.
The staff at time of check in felt like he didn't know what he was doing... But the staff the following day was excellent - she was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.

Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted. Appearance outside of drab colours, needs renovation, tired looking. Inside beautifully shiny wooden steep spiral stairs with option of stair lift. Room had no carpet. Looked old and tired.
