Lovely budget hotel; extremely comfortable and a bed fit for a king. Dining facilities were out due to refurbishment, but other than that it was perfect! There was a whole host of places to eat as the hotel is centre of town

Very nice and clean hotel, great stay and super convenient. Close to stadium and right next to a mall. Only problem was we got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes, they were able to get us out and said it happens often due to it being old so i recommend taking the stairs. Overall great place to stay would definitely say again

Room we stayed was not so big but was clean and enough for us. We went there for concert and hotel was close to the arena. It took approx 20 mins with a car from hotel to arena. There are a lot parking options around. Generally we enjoyed our stay here.

This was a really cute hotel room but there was the strangest odor. It was very odd because it appeared clean but smelled horrible. The balcony door also did not function well so it was hard to air it out.

Worst stay ever! I got a room who have a heavy smoking smell. Like if someone just had smoked 20 cigarettes in a row. The unhelpful staff couldn't help me before next morning. Next day I haven't got fresh towels. So we changed the room with 2 separate beds who was so hard. Free parking is 3 minutes away at the train station. Worst experience ever and so poor service of Hotels.com

Rezeptionistin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer war sauber, den Hausmeister hätte es aber an einigen Stellen gebraucht, der Balkon war von Tauben verunreinigt. Es war ruhig, trotz Zimmerfenster auf den Platz. Toll zentral! Parkmöglichkeiten 3-10min entfernt, viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Frühstück im benachbarten Café okay bis gut. Preis/Leistung passt, wir kommen wahrscheinlich wieder.

Freundliches Personal, weitestgehend sauberes Zimmer, eigentlich garnichts zu bemängeln. Etwas lästig ist die Parksituation, da die einzigen kostenfreien Parkplätze ca. 300m entfernt sind, was mit Gepäck etwas umständlich ist. Ansonsten für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist ansonsten aber ideal, da man alles zur Versorgung fußläufig erreichen kann. Das Frühstück wird vom Hotel abgegeben an ein kleines Café, dieses wirkte am Sonntag etwas überfordert vom großen Ansturm, das Personal war aber trotzdem freundlich und hat alles gegeben, damit alle versorgt waren.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel zum fairen Preis! Gemütliches Bett, geräumiges Zimmer (hatten mit zwei Kindern ein Maisonette Zimmer), schön eingerichtet. Ein paar Macken hier und da, ein wenig hellhörig im Haus. Aber super Annehmlichkeiten wie gratis Kaffee und Schnuckelzeugs in der Lobby. Top Lage in der Innenstadt. Das Brauhaus Recklinghausen fußläufig zu erreichen - dort gab es gutes Essen & leckeres Bier zum fairen Kurs.
