Lovely budget hotel; extremely comfortable and a bed fit for a king. Dining facilities were out due to refurbishment, but other than that it was perfect! There was a whole host of places to eat as the hotel is centre of town

Very nice and clean hotel, great stay and super convenient. Close to stadium and right next to a mall. Only problem was we got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes, they were able to get us out and said it happens often due to it being old so i recommend taking the stairs. Overall great place to stay would definitely say again

Room we stayed was not so big but was clean and enough for us. We went there for concert and hotel was close to the arena. It took approx 20 mins with a car from hotel to arena. There are a lot parking options around. Generally we enjoyed our stay here.

Worst stay ever! I got a room who have a heavy smoking smell. Like if someone just had smoked 20 cigarettes in a row. The unhelpful staff couldn't help me before next morning. Next day I haven't got fresh towels. So we changed the room with 2 separate beds who was so hard. Free parking is 3 minutes away at the train station. Worst experience ever and so poor service of Hotels.com

This was a really cute hotel room but there was the strangest odor. It was very odd because it appeared clean but smelled horrible. The balcony door also did not function well so it was hard to air it out.

Frühstück war nicht gut. Trockene Brötchen als wenn vom Vortag. Safe funktionierte nicht obwohl von der Reception kontroliert .Umgebungsgeräusche sehr laut.

Ich hatte im Buchungsprozess angegeben, dass ich mich über ein besonders ruhiges Zimmer sehr freuen würde. Mein Wunsch wurde erfüllt und ich bekam ein Zimmer am Ende eines Flures. Tausend Dank dafür! Die Lage des Hotels ist super zentral. Am Wochenende konnte ich ganz in der Nähe, hinter dem Rathaus, kostenfrei parken. Die Zimmerausstattung mit einem großen TV und einer Kaffee-Kapselmaschine fand ich sehr gut. Nur der Check-In lief nicht reibungslos und hat 45 Minuten gedauert.

Leider waren schon andere Personen in unserem Zimmer. Der Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer war leider mit Wartezeit verbunden. Das Personal schien überfordert gewesen zu sein. Parken ist in dem nahegelegenen Parkhaus für 12€ die Nacht möglich! Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt sehr gut! Das Hotel ist sehr schön gestaltet und ist trotz der Lage, mitten in der City, sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück wird im Café nebenan angeboten. Klein aber fein! Das Frühstück wurde für 6€ angeboten, tatsächlich hat es 13€ gekostet!

Freundlicher Empfang, bequeme Betten. Wir hatten die Maisonetten Wohnung für 4 Personen. Mobiliar ist neu, Schlafsofa nur für zwei kleine Kinder zu empfehlen. Wir haben aber sofort noch ein bequemes Zustellbett bekommen. Ansonsten ist das Hotel aus den 70ern und wurde renoviert, aber nicht Kernsaniert. Das Zimmer war mega heiß (keine Klima, keine Außen-Beschattung, nur leichte Vorhänge, die man nicht vollständig zuziehen konnte. Die Umgebung (am Wochenende) sehr laut. Wir haben die Nacht keine Auge zubekommen. Boden und Stufen im Zimmer schief, man kam sich vor, wie auf einem Schiff. Das Bad ein halber Taubenverschlag, mit sehr niedriger Deckenhöhe. Keinerlei Haken, Stangen für Handtücher / Jacken. Treppe nach oben lebensgefährlich und 50 Jahre alt.

Im Winter ja, im Sommer nein

Mein Zimmer lag komplett in der Sonne und es war unerträglich heiß in dem Zimmer. Weder Klimaanlage noch Ventilator wurden zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Boden ist sehr schlecht verlegt gewesen, man konnte die Dielen mit dem Fuß zusammen schieben oder sich daran verletzen. Zudem befindet sich das Hotel noch in renovierungsmasnahmen. Ich warte noch bis heute auf meine berechtigte Rückerstattung

Insgesamt guter neuer Zustand. Speziell in meinem Zimmer 314 ständiger kloakiger Geruch aus dem Waschbecken, der sich auch durch häufiges Spülen mit Wasser nicht verringern ließ. Das war furchtbar.

Potential zur Verbesserung auch bei Hotels.com

Den Zugang habe ich als Self-CheckIn rechtzeitig mitgeteilt bekommen. Obwohl bis 22 Uhr auf dem Buchungportal angegeben war. Ein Frühstück war gebucht, bei Ankunft wurde jedoch renoviert und das Frühstück nur als TakeAway angeboten: 1 Kaffee aus dem Automaten und ein Croissant vom Bäcker. Auch das sollte bei der Bereitstellung angegeben werden und nicht erst vor Ort. Eigene Parkplätze sind nicht verfügbar und das angegebene Parkhaus in der Passage kostet 12 Euro pro Nacht und ich kam erst ab 8 Uhr an mein Fahrzeug. Insgesamt verbesserungswürdig was die Informationen angeht...
