Super nice hotel. Easy check in and out. Everything you need. In a nice area with transportation at the doorstep. The showerhead and soapdispenser needs fixing. But these are just small things. Great place to stay.

It’s a bit far from centre, but it’s very quiet and near light railway. More nicer if you driving a car. Also it have market in ikea every Sundays. I love this area, because of the park around the hotel.

The self-service concept is fantastic, and the location for public transport is perfect. My only concern was that the elevator was out of order over the weekend, which made it a bit challenging to carry my luggage down when I checked out.

The hotel has a great location, close to the train station and restaurants. You only have to book the room online without people at the reception. The room is clean and comfortable. I will book again when II come to Essen

Locality about 15 min from central the railway station or 10 downtown. Tram stop is 1 min from Hotel. Very comfortable. Very clean room. Without crew but everything was troubleless. Great choice.

The place is great, clean and with convenient location. Check in is smooth. The only downside was that even the parking is free, they shut down the parking from 12 am till 6, meaning, if you are coming late from a party, you have to park outside risking getting a ticket, or if something urgent happened at night and you needed to take your car out, you can’t.

Wonderfully simple room and value for money during the Euros. Shutter window system pleasantly good once I worked it out. Slight complication getting into the room which was swiftly resolved. Simple check out system. Would use again!

Nice stay but expensive.

Clean room. Free auto park and near market. In room there no anything to eat or drink. You may can put 2 come tea and coffe. We pay huge money for this stay. Normally one night is 40 euro. We pay 110 euro cause of exhibition in Dusseldorf.

I really like the whole self check in and out idea but my main problem with this place is there is no AC, not fridge and it’s really hard to get cups for the coffee vending machine in the lobby. But it’s super clean, quiet, and has a nice view of a park. It’s the bare minimum of what you need and it’s a good value for the money.

It was good. The PIN code given to us initially was wrong and that was frustrating as we couldn’t get into the room. Thank god it was still working hours so we contacted the staff on telephone after a wait of 10minutes and got a new code immediately. Altogether it was a good place for the price.
