This is a nice modern hotel with all modern facilities. If you like shopping it is ideal for the biggest mall in Europe right across the street. It is also very easy to get to and from the motorway.

Short stay but great value

Quick stay Holiday Inn Express after a concert. Seems to be a new addition to the neighborhood, or recently renovated. Rooms are very clean, great shower. Breakfast was classic HIE, nothing amazing but everything you need is there.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the Westfield shopping centre and Promenade. Good public transport links. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly except for the Monday morning checkout which despite catching two different peoples attention nobody would come to help us check out. We just left our keys on the counter and walked out in the end as we had a train to catch.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and the soundproofing is great, you can't hear any outside noise when the windows are closed. Each morning the breakfast is simple yet very good. I cannot say one bad thing about this hotel and will definitely return here next year.
