This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom scandi inspired home in Red Deer's Bower neighborhood is freshly renovated and located close to restaurants, shopping, parks, trails and entertainment venues. It was designed with families in mind. With a well-equipped kitchen, a comfy TV room, exercise zone and rec/games area, there's plenty of space for gathering OR to sneak away and rest. After your days of exploring, retreat to the woodsy backyard hammocks or gather around the patio firetable. 

We have called this city home for almost 20 years and we love it! There is so much to do and see and we hope you’ll have the chance to explore a few of our favorite places.  Located within walking distance, you’ll find access to Red Deer’s renowned trail system, amazing locally owned restaurants, live music, coffee shops and shopping. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure, spa retreats, or to be entertained, you’re right in the heart of the action. Read on for some Schmitt Family recommendations.
