Excellent breakfast, and staff. Air conditioning was kind of hot.

Property was clean, small breakfast (included) area but there was always a seat. You could also go to their larger hotel Nextdoor if you like but was not necessary. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Located within 20-30 minutes walking from all major monuments except Vatican City (50 min walking, 25 by train).

Breakfast was great. Staff were helpful and rooms were incredibly clean. Restaurant bar attached was good as well. Central location but still quiet enough to sit outside the hotel and watch the world go by

There are two Hotel Riu with nearly same name within a couple blocks of each other. We went to the wrong one first which was a pain. The rooms were fine but wierd that the two beds were pushed right up against each other.

New hotel, extremely clean, lovely staff, bedroom superb, hotel amenities, top notch. We loved it
