"The hotel was good; the best part was the entertainment from 7 to 9 PM, which was a lot of fun—it’s sad it ends so early, leaving nothing else to do afterward. The room was excellent, but the one thing that really bothered me was the roosters around the hotel; they would wake me up every single day at 4 AM, crowing continuously throughout the early morning until dawn."

"There was construction going on outside for the stairwell that we weren’t aware of ahead of time, but it didn’t cause any issues for us personally. We were up on a hill in sapphire villas and not right on the beach in the crystal cove condos or villas, but it was just a short walk or drive around the allotment to get to the beach area. Nothing major. Was also not aware that we could not utilize the beach loungers being guests at Sapphire villas, we were informed that the loungers were for Crystal Cove owners or guests only, but we could rent them. We chose to save our money and just sit on the beach on our towels, but it would have been nice if the guests at Sapphire were also included in being able to use the beach loungers. All in all,, we had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, cozy, accommodating, and had a fully functional kitchen with all needed cookware, utensils, silverware, bowls, plates, cups… everything! This was exactly what we wanted since we were staying for 6 days and wanted to save on the cost of eating out every day. We bought our own groceries and cooked some of our own meals while here which definitely allowed us to stay on budget, not have to spend as much eating out, and use our vacation money for other fun stuff! 👌 We had a nice spacious balcony also with a beautiful view of the ocean! Laundry facilities a plus! The pool area is awesome, and Sudi’s Caribbean bar/grille was a cool spot right off the pool area with yummy food!"

"Beautiful views and a great beach. Very close to Red Hook with great restaurants. Pangea restaurant off property is within walking distance. You should know St Thomas is updating their electric grid and there are rolling 2 hr. blackouts when needed. We were expecting 4 during our stay but there was only 1 and it was only for an hour. We would stay here again."

"I don’t think I have words to describe just how amazing this place is. Accessible, clean, beautiful location, literal 10 steps to the sand. There is a bar restaurant on site and a nice restaurant and a bar. We did grocery orders and taxi to red hook for some nicer dinner. Greg was the best host ever. If I could click my heels and be back I would. My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year wedding anniversary and it was absolutely perfect for us. We love action, night life while also enjoy to not do anything at all if there is a good pool involved and the pool was amazing also. 10000/10"

"We stayed at building D Sapphire Beach Resort. Beautiful balcony and views. The unit was clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and always had a wonderful breeze. Beach bar was just okay. Only had seating along one side of the bar. The beach in front of the beach bar and restaurants was nonexistent, very narrow. For some reason we weren’t allowed to get chairs placed down at the wider part of the beach because of where our unit was located. Because we were renting there we didn’t pay to rent chairs but they limited the beach access. Pizza Pie food was delicious as was the Sea Salt restaurant. The bar burgers were good too. We used Time Saver Provisions grocery delivery to our unit. Their service was excellent and well worth it! We purchased breakfast items like coffee and oat milk, eggs, bagels and cream cheese, and a couple snacks. We also ordered our alcohol and a case of water bottles. Ordered gallons of water to make coffee. We had a soft collapsible cooler and brought reusable ice packs in our checked bags. Ordered some can drinks and used the cooler every day to the pool or beach. The water was so warm, pretty and clear. The weather in October was perfect. Make note when you arrive of when cruise ship visitors will be on the island. Megan’s Bay was so crowded when we went. Take enough sunscreen and maybe some Aloe gel. Everyone was very nice, clean, and safe and security guys were always walking around the property. It was a wonderful place to stay and relax!"
