"Booked a Luxury-Suite with balcony-view to the pyramids with Expedia. Room was NOT available at arrival. Reasons varied depending on whom you asked. My educated guess is, the hotel goofed the booking and was overbooked. Management offered a cancellation, but standing in Gizeh in an unsafe area at night without a room was not a real option.     "The moment we stepped into the Pyramids Sunrise Inn, the staff at the reception desk greeted us with a smile and were very helpful. Asmuas, Reham, Inas. Best part is the morning buffet, tasty and overlooking the Pyramids. In the evening we had dinner at the rooftop, having great conversations with Yusuf, he was very attentive and was able to answer all our questions. Our room was cleaned every day and water in the refrigerator was awesome! Overall, everyone at that Inn works very hard and it shows 👍"
