"Enjoyed our stay! Nice breeze and cooler temps so we were able to open the window in the primary bedroom for a pleasant night sleep. Not sure if the one AC unit in the living area would cool the two bedrooms if needed. Kitchen was well-equipped and the grill was great condition. There were many games in the cabinets. Nespresso coffee machine and regular pods available (sadly, no decaf pods). Easy walk to the beach for sunsets."

"Perfect spot for a family or 3 couples. We finished up at Busselton Ironman and came down to Margaret River for a shirt stay. We started with the Bushtucker Canoe Tour and the next day for the Bushtucker wine and beer tour. The house was a perfect just a short walk from the town center and the location on a dam was just beautiful. A lot of birdlife about the back of the house with a few kookaburras and superb blue wrens.. The kitchen is very functional and the living areas handle 6 people...

"Accommodation is beautiful. Staff are great. Food is amazing. Tents are so close together we heard everything our neighbours did for every minUte we were in our room. Got woken up 3 times during the night with small children crying as the tents are so close together and although not full we were accommodated all in a row next to each other. Won’t be coming back. Was our 30th wedding anniversary and had 2 of the worst nights sleep I have had in Such beautiful surroundings."

After being settled in by the delightful owners,Peter and Ricki, the spacious and very comfortable room is welcoming. "This is a serene and restful property if you're looking to get away from the city and the outlook is very pleasant. The host Tracy is lovely and easy to communicate with. Our first two nights here were very hot and apart from fans, it's very hard to cool the main house down. There is airconditioning in the small back house which is best for 2 or 3 people max. The couch is quite small and would not sleep 2 people unless they were kids. The main house has beautiful bedrooms and bathroom, the back house is much older and bathroom very small but is functional. We were very pleased with the second fridge in the back house as we really needed it. The kitchen is a good size and was adequate for our large family group. The wifi is very unreliable at this property and was unavailable quite a bit of the time. Overall, we had a lovely holiday at this farm property and the kids had plenty of space available outside. Some games are provided which we also enjoyed. "
