Very convenient to all the clubs and restaurants that make San Francisco's SoMa district so vibrant. I especially liked having both a fridge and microwave in the room (very hard to find in SF). But housekeeping seemed to be under-staffed.

The tiniest bathroom I've ever seen. You can barely close the door. Television lacks streaming from Netflix or Amazon.
Very slow check in process, and the clerk asked for the ID cards of all guests! I said they are in the car. Very weird.
It was a nicer hotel when it was a Sheraton.
Upon checkout, the older Asian lady at the desk refused my request for a bottle of water, saying those are only for check in. After spending what I did, I do not think a paltry bottle of water was asking for much!
