"We had a great experience at Drury Inn Charlotte. The amenities are amazing, especially the complimentary Kickback food and drinks, which were a huge bonus. The pool was a little cloudy, but it smelled clean and was still perfectly usable. Overall, everything was excellent—from the service to the accommodations. We would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Upon our arrival the room was hot and the thermostat said to replace batteries. Called the front desk and someone immediately came up, but obviously didn’t replace them with new batteries because they were dead again the next morning so we just went and bought our own. Bathroom door barely shut and vent fan did not work. They also placed 3 different holds on my card and could not give me an explanation as to why my hold was in 3 different charges and was double the amount that other guests we knew were charged."
