"The staff was incredibly kind. Check-in was a little inconvenient as my room wasn’t ready. After multiple attempts to check in the lady at the front desk assigned me another room. I was grateful and didn’t mind waiting however, we were there for a gymnastics meet and were hoping to settle in a room prior to my daughter’s performance. I understand it was incredibly busy and that being said every staff member I encountered was amazingly courteous and helpful. "
