"We booked a room for 5 people ( 2 adults , 3 children). The room has a king size bed and daybed with trundle. When we got there, there were no beddings and pillows for the day bed/trundle. When I asked the receptionist regarding the the missing beddings and pillows, she gladly gave me the missing items except for the pillows. She said that she couldn't find the pillow as of that moment, and she would just have it dropped off in our room. No one came and we ended up sharing the 4 pillows that were on the king size bed."

"I ended up not staying at the hotel. The hotel is immediately outside the airport entrance. We arrived at 11:00pm and called the hotel for the airport shuttle. The reception desk said it would be 45 minutes to an hour for the shuttle to get to the airport because “it was currently nowhere near the airport.” After a long day of travel I was too exhausted to wait that long. I had called the hotel twice before the trip to ensure that the shuttle would be available at that time of night. Each time I was assured that the shuttle would be available and would only take 10-15 minutes to pick us up. I ended up making a reservation at a hotel located farther away and getting picked up before your shuttle ever arrived. Pathetic. Other drivers in the hotel shuttle area told us that your hotel doesn’t even have a driver but were looking for one. Great way to get rid of customers- lie to them about such a basic thing."

"We had a bad check in experience after we were given our key card to our room, it was late at night and we go into our room and there were other guests sleeping in there which scared the crap out of me! Went back down to the front desk and told her what happened. She apologized and I don’t understand how they wouldn’t see that someone was in that room. They put us in another room, upgraded and gave us complimentary breakfast to apologize."

"First time I stayed at the Drury Plaza Hotel, and I was impressed! I traveled quite a bit in the US and usually stay at Hilton hotels. From now on, when visiting San Antonio, I will start booking my hotel stay at the Drury Plaza Hotel. Spacious and clean rooms, and great customer service! Great amenities!"
