"Everything ok"

"So we have stayed at this property 5 times. Loved it! It would have been 6 but this ruined it for us. As soon as we pulled up there was a women right outside the door yelling at my family and we have a 7 and 9 year old to "not touch her Fing stuff this is my SH." I'm an adult I don't care but dont yell at my kids who were just getting their own stuff out the car. I asked the staff what they were going to do about and Martha said "we can't do anything about it. " last time I checked yes you can it's private property and you should want to do something about it if it's affecting you customers. I asked when does the pool close and she said 9pm and that was it. So we quickly went up to our room threw are stuff down got our suites on because we were super excited to swim. There was only 30 minutes left so we quickly went down stairs just to see a sign that says pool closed. What kind of crap is that! How do you not say sorry pool is closed! No Martha straight up said the pool closes at 9pm. So messed to miss lead your customers to think the pool was still open!! So we went up to the counter to ask when the pool was going to be open. James said no one not even the managers know. He continued to say we can just leave. Who says that! There customer service was so bad. I looked at him and said you don't tell people to just leave good customer service try's to keep their customers. I called hotels.com and asked to be moved after explaining everything. Dont tell me to leave I will!"

"Clean and pleasant staff"

"Pros: Clean with fridge and microwave Cons: Very Small Room, Bed was small, squeaky, feel bed springs, stained and uncomfortable. Bugs in the tub and front door. Parking is tight and small."

"nothing captivating to share. i was a bit bothered that when checking in, i asked the gentleman if i can have a late check out (noon) and he said yes, i will put it down on here for you. then as i am getting ready to leave the room prior to checking out, the front desk lady calls stating "it is 1140 and check out was at 11. do you plan on extending your stay?) i said no, i spoke with the gentleman last night and he said noon was okay. "

"When we checked in, our room was ADA accessible and the bed was extremely low. My husband is 6 feet tall so it just wasn’t going to work. The associate we discussed it with said it was Expedia that booked an ADA room for us. He gave a long explanation as to why it wasn’t the hotel’s fault and was hesitant to switch our room. We eventually were able to arrange a room change, but the exchange left a bad taste in my mouth. In our new room, housekeeping forgot some of the bedding so my husband woke up several times because he felt the coils in the mattress and was generally uncomfortable. The room was spacious and looked updated. The room and bathroom had motion sensor lights with no way of disabling them. This could be a positive for some, but I found it frustrating. Waking up in the night to use the restroom caused the lights to turn on, which impacted our rest. The room was clean, but there was evidence of water damage throughout the room and bathroom. Additionally, I went out for a small walk and I slipped in the lobby. Thankfully, I caught myself, but I almost landed hard. I noticed afterwards that there was water leaking from the ceiling. It was a mess and VERY dangerous. I think the hotel may be in need of maintenance. We discussed our concerns with customer service and they were very validating and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was amazing. It is far and away the best we have ever had at a hotel. The dining area was massive, which allowed ample room for all"
