"This room had all the essentials - a microwave, a mini fridge, free WiFi, free parking, a tv, and it was the cheapest rate I could find on short notice. It looks rough and could be cleaner, but I felt safe here and was able to relax for a few days, so overall I’m not complaining. It’s a great value for what is provided. Thank you to the staff 🙏"

"Horrible experience drove all the way to Long Beach just to arrive and not a have a room even though I paid online before hand and I can understand if they over sold by mistake but at least call the guest to let them know especially on valentine day the attendant asked me if I was looking for a room or if I booked online I let him know I already paid online he told me then I don’t have a room because they were over book didn’t even ask me my name nor would he cancel my reservation told me I would have to do it online and there was clearly room avaible he just wanted to over charge another person the guy was completely out of pocket on the way he treated me never have I been spoken to in such a manner by that time I was stranded with no where to go looking for another room and very where else was almost 4 times the amount I had already paid since it was Valentine’s Day around 8pm had no choice but to drive 5 hours all the way back home "
