"Casita Gundry is the absolute best home away from home and one of my favorite staycation spots in Southern California. Lars offers so many thoughtful touches to enhance each stay, from local pastries, eggs, and homemade cookies awaiting me at check-in to a spacious bathtub caddy with room for a book and a (provided) scented candle to helpful recommendations of local restaurants and hangouts. The space itself is super cozy, and I love having the private outdoor patio to enjoy. Casita Gundry reminds me of hotel rooms in Japan, where everything has its spot and anything you could need has been considered, whether that's a citronella candle for the outdoor table or creamer for the provided coffee or extra little fold out tables tucked away by the front door. I'll always return whenever I get the chance, don't hesitate to book if you're able!"
