The staff was friendly and the hotel is located near the Long Beach airport and convenient to major traffic arteries. There's plenty of on site parking and the hotel facilities were very guest friendly.

Pros: Easy access to working elevators and clean dining area for breakfast. Room had pots, pans, dishes, and silverware in the cupboards. Finding available parking was easy (but had to be paid per night) and I felt safe in the area. Cons: Some areas of the room missed cleaning prior to our check-in, example: fruit loop in the shelf of the ottoman or high-touch areas such as light switches and door handles not wiped down. Laundry driers did not dry clothes after one cycle of 'normal dry' and needed another dry cycle.
